All except the one actually being used, can benefit from a demolition and replacement. It would take more to remodel than to rebuild is my best guess. I would recommend a survey taken from the surrounding community. What is their vote on what they want there? What could they actually use? What do they need? What would they actually spend money on? To put something in, or spend a lot of money on something that nobody wants is not wise. Get a collective opinion first, and actually listen.
